Air Show Report : Planes of Fame Airshow 2014
In May every year, the Planes of Fame Air Museum hosts its annual air show at the San Bernardino County owned Chino airport. With a lineage of shows featuring an amazing assortment of aircraft from their museum and special guests, 2014 most certainly did not disappoint. From classic World War 2 fighter and bombers, to mind numbing aerobatics and America’s fifth-generation fighter – the F-22 Raptor, the Planes of Fame air show has something to satiate the appetite of any aviation enthusiast.
The 2015 show is scheduled for May 2-3, with the preview event for museum's patrons and contributors on Friday May 1. The 2015 edition will also have a twilight show on Friday. Just like the 2014 show, the air show will again include many of the museum's flying warbirds and the USAF F-22 Raptor Demo. But this year's show will also see the Canadian Air Force's CF-18 Hornet solo display. For tickets and more information visit the Planes of Fame Air Museum's website.
