Flyvåpenets Historiske Skvadron (Air Force Historical Squadron) from Norway performs solo or formation displays with up to three de Havilland Vampire jets, representing the Royal Norwegian Air Force (RNoAF) Vampire FB.52 and Vampire T.55 of the past. The privately owned aircraft, flown by former air force pilots and based at Rygge air base, regularly attend airshows in Scandinavia and the United Kingdom in solo, two-ship or three-ship display. In 2012 the Vampires were joined by the ex-RCAF CT-133 Silver Star acquired by the Flyvåpenets Historiske Skvadron. The Canadair license-built example of the Lockheed T-33 jet trainer represents the air force's T-33 heritage.
