Royal New Zealand Air Force Black Falcons

The newly named formation team the Black Falcons uses five T-6C Texan II turboprop training aircraft of the Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF) to showcase the skills of RNZAF pilots to the public, formerly carried out by the RNZAF Red Checkers.

The Black Falcons team performed for the first time at the Air Tattoo at Base Ohakea to celebrate the RNZAF 80th Anniversary on February 24-26, 2017.
