Royal Thai Air Force Aerobatic Team Blue Phoenix

The Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) Blue Phoenix display team consists of six PC-9M turboprop trainers flown by instructor pilots from the 2nd Training Squadron of the RTAF Flying Training School.

The Blue Phoenix became Thailand's first military aerobatic team when it was formed in late 2011, in preparation of the RTAF centenary in 2012. The aircraft received a special blue, red and white paintjob. The first public display took place during an airshow at Kamphang Saen on March 27, 2012.
